Joy Reid and Jason Reid — Together for 23 Years
Right at the beginning of her journey into the journalism industry, Joy Reid met and married her husband, Discovery Channel documentary editor Jason Reid. Together the couple had ridden the wave of Joy’s career path from a morning show in Florida to one of cable TV’s most prominent political analysts.
Besides her work on the television, Joy has also authored two books called Fracture: Barack Obama, the Clintons, and the Racial Divide and The Man Who Sold America: Trump and the Unraveling of the American Story. She recently became the host of her own MSNBC show called The ReidOut.
