Julie was born in Lancashire, and her family equations were a bit turbulent. Until she turned thirteen, Julie was brought up by her grandmother, but she was on her own after her unfortunate demise.
Her love life has been equally turbulent as her childhood; Goodyear got married at the early age of seventeen in a shotgun wedding as she was carrying the child in her womb. The marriage was short-lived. The actress tried to remarry but failed.
