Thelma Barlow was born in 1929, in Middlesbrough Northshire. The younger of two daughters, Barlow is an amazing American actress and well-known writer. She got popularity and fame from her famous roles such as Mavis Wilton in the long-running ITV Soap Opera Coronation Street; and Dolly Bellfield in the sitcom Dinnerladies.
