Several billionaires have a reputation for avoiding supercars and sticking to modest-looking wheels, Bill Gates doesn’t fall into that category. The ex-Microsoft CEO certainly doesn’t mind splashing the cash on some luxury car he fancies, and one of such wheels is the Porsche Taycan.
Gates has long been an admirer of the Porsche brand—he actually got into a fight with the United States government over one of their models back in the ‘80s. He bought this particular Porsche Taycan after it was launched in 2019. The vehicle was offered at a starting price of $150,900.
