Kristy McNichol is a multi-faceted celebrity. She is an actress, singer, producer, and even comedian. She is renowned for her role in Little Darlings as Angel, and as Polly in Only When I Laugh.
Additionally, she was in the TV Sitcom, Empty Nest as Barbara Weston. Her acting career began in 1970 and she has won two Emmy Awards for her performance in the TV drama Family, as Letitia “Buddy” Lawrence. Unfortunately, she retired in 1998 after 24 years in the Hollywood industry. She chose to retire in order to focus on herself and now teaches acting in a private school. Additionally, she devotes her time to charity work.
