Tyra Banks broke through the roofing of the fashion industry in 1991 by walking the Parisian runway for Oscar de la Renta. She modeled for Covergirl two years later, and the rest of the decade saw her work with fashion houses like Chanel, Yves Saint Laurent, Anna Sui, and Christion Dior.
By 2019, Banks’ name and face is recognized by everyone inside and outside the world of fashion as she appeared in both film and television.
