Michelle Williams got her big break in 1998 when she joined the cast of the teen drama series Dawson’s Creek as bad girl Jen Lindley. Despite her cherubic appearance, Lindley was nowhere near as angelic.
Since her stint on the acclaimed teen show was finished, Williams continued to earn more acting credits through her work in projects like Blue Valentine, Shutter Island, My Week With Marilyn, and Oz the Great and Powerful. Despite the success that characterizes her career, no amount of investment money can replace the loss that she suffered with the sudden death of her partner Heath Ledger.
