Waiting For The Right Moment
I knew once this was set, I had to be cool and wait. My stepdad thought he had it all figured out, but he didn’t know I was just watching.
I watched as he got cocky, thinking he’d won. The letter would show him he underestimated me. I let him feel victorious—sometimes, that’s the best way to let somebody hang themselves with their own arrogance.
