Hinting At A Connection
I thanked the couple for their feedback, then asked, “Was Lily the one involved?” Though appreciative, they chose to remain vague.
Their reluctance spoke volumes, hinting at something unspoken. I felt a resolution of sorts taking shape inside me, because sooner or later, I’d have to confront this.
It was time to address the behavior that might affect not just the customers but the team’s overall morale as well.
