Offering Training Suggestions
I thought it might help to offer a solution. ‘Why not join some training sessions?’ I suggested. ‘It could really help with customer skills.
‘ Lily looked at me like I’d just given her green vegetables when she wanted dessert. ‘You think it’ll help?’ she asked, with a hint of doubt.
‘It’s worth a shot,’ I replied, trying to keep it light. The idea was simple but carried hope for better days at work.
