Jake guided the drone lower, circling the treeline. The feed stabilized, showing walls half-swallowed by ivy, small wooden buildings clustered near a dirt path, and a patch that looked like a garden overgrown with weeds.
It looked abandoned, like everyone had gone and left many years ago. But then something moved.
