Scorching heat
The desert sun was already intense as Mark drove deeper into the open landscape. Heat waves shimmered above the ground, and even the inside of his truck felt warm.
Despite the conditions, this was exactly the kind of environment Mark enjoyed filming. Wide open spaces, little human activity, and unexpected sights often made for interesting footage.
