Pay attention—not to promises, but to sensations. Notice how your shoulders rest, how your spine meets the surface, and how your breathing changes. You may decide it’s not for you. Or you may simply gain a new perspective on comfort.

Sometimes, the most interesting experiments cost nothing at all.
