One Year Later
It has been about a year since I stopped using a traditional bed full-time. When I look back at how I used to feel in the mornings—slow, stiff, and constantly uncomfortable—I can honestly say my daily experience feels very different now.
I’m more aware of my posture. I move more intentionally. I wake up feeling steadier instead of rushed. Nothing about my life became perfect overnight, but small improvements added up in ways I didn’t expect.
What surprised me most wasn’t just how I slept, but how much more attention I paid to my body overall. That awareness turned out to be the biggest change of all.
