ROBERT FOXWORTH – 83 YEARS OLD – NOT YET RETIRED BUT NOT AS ACTIVE AS BEFORE
The golden age of television gave rise to iconic actors, and Robert Foxworth is a standout among them. Born in 1941 in Texas, he gained recognition for his refined acting and compelling screen presence. After earning a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, he became a household name with his role as Chase Gioberti.
This came in the beloved prime-time soap opera “Falcon Crest.” Before this, Robert starred in “The Storefront Lawyers” and famously declined the role of J.R. Ewing in “Dallas.” He later captivated audiences as the voice of Ratchet in the “Transformers” films. He’s yet to retire but remains active in the entertainment industry, albeit with reduced appearances.
