TONY DANZA – ENGLISH TEACHER
Tony Danza is one of those rare individuals who has a gifted skill in all areas of life. He’s a talented actor, stand-up comedian, and well-known singer. Danza appeared in the films Taxi and Who’s the Boss? He received Emmy and Golden Globe nominations for his outstanding performances. He’s also a talented dancer, a fearless boxer, and an excellent instructor. He’s also a teacher; yes, you read it correctly.
Danza participated as a co-teacher on A&E’s reality show Teach: Tony Danza during the 2009-2010 school year when he shared his expertise with tenth-graders. He also published a book called I’d Like to Apologize to Every Teacher I Ever Had: My Rookie Teacher at Northeast High, in which he conveyed his feelings. It demonstrates how highly he regards his teaching degree.
