The Interviews with the Artists
The news reporter, suppressing giggles herself, interviewed some of the young artists. She held up the “Mrs. Coffee” drawing and asked Lily about her inspiration.
Lily, perfectly deadpan on camera, said, “She drinks a lot of coffee. It smells good, but it makes her talk fast.” The reporter then asked Timmy about the giant nose drawing. “It was just… there,” Timmy explained simply. “It was the biggest thing.” The interviews were comedy gold, showcasing the pure, unadulterated logic of an eight-year-old mind.
