Curiosity eventually pulled Daniel back to the wall. He tapped across the surface, listening closely. Most of the wall produced a solid, familiar sound, but one section responded differently—lighter, emptier. The contrast was unmistakable once he focused on it. Daniel compared the spot with his renovation plans and original house blueprints. According to the records, there shouldn’t have been any empty cavities or utility access points in that location.
