A mysterious figure
Through the window, Martha noticed the silhouette of someone moving near the edge of the backyard. She could not tell who it was or why they were there.
The porch light came on, and the figure moved away from the property. Martha stayed indoors with Rufus and decided she would discuss the sighting with Daniel.
