The theme song for the show, “The Ballad of Jed Clampett”, was sung by Jerry Scoggins and also featured the bluegrass duo Flatt and Scruggs.
The song ended up being a trademark of the show and even landed itself on the Billboard Hot 100 chart at #44 in 1962.
