Max Baer Jr., who played Jethro Bodine issued five allegations against CBS for using his name in a restaurant.
CBS knew what the restaurant chain was doing, but instead of notifying Baer, they entered into a secret settlement agreement without filing a lawsuit or telling the plaintiff.
